A Great Team
The Industrialized Construction Cluster of Mexico (CCIM) was born as a coordinated response from the country's leading public and private actors to foster a stable space for debate, action and real transformation of the construction sector. With the support of key entities such as the Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, the National Business Council and the Government of Mexico, CCIM has established itself as the meeting point where the master lines of the country's construction future are defined.
Since its founding, the cluster has oriented its activity toward the deep modernization of processes, with special attention to the integration of digital technologies, new organizational models and industrialized systems. This collective commitment to structural transformation — based on innovation, sustainability and collaboration — has made CCIM the benchmark space for all initiatives that want to rethink how the habitat of the future is designed, manufactured and managed.
